Just another boring day well that's what Cooper played
by Chris Marquette thinks wrongly through when this slacker's
life is turned upside down when he's working one minute
and then there's a flash of light and a few days later he
wakes up cocooned in a spider web. ***
"infestation" is a cross in a good way between
late 90's horror comedy "Eight Legged Freaks" & 80's action
film "Big Trouble in Little China" just chock full of humour
in the same twisted vein as the two i just mentioned also
and of course in movies like these there has to be a bimbo
character and there is in the form of Cindy played by Linsey
Packard who flaunts the only thing she can flaunt her breasts
of course! ***
You can see where the ending take place of course in
a building that can be set on fire so the bugs crap can
go boom, no more bugs except it's not as simple of as clean
cut as that there's a few terrifying moments like in a homage
to the 1978 remake of "Night Of The Body Snatchers" ***
so yes the movie references a lot of older horror films
as well director Kyle Rankin knows just which nobs to push
at just the right moment. ---
Image and Sound:
in a word decent not really really good but picture
quality is crisp through some odd issues do pop up . ---
through picture wise and sound wise also some minor
issues but all and all it good.
