With the season seven premiere scheduled for June 25,
season six of Showtime's Penn & Teller: Bull....! continues
the duo expressing their liberal views on topical issues,
religious beliefs, and the supernatural with their own truth
in a brutal, controversial yet humorous way. On their show,
Penn & Teller bring their own brand of social and political
commentary with the purpose of what we believe and know
-- what we think we know and believe -- is not the truth
but a lie. ***
Penn & Teller contiunes to push the envelope in all
ten episodes of season six, as they're against the anti-pornography
movement -- believing that it limits the 1st Amendment,
which includes freedom of speech, and don't think watching
it nor downloading it online can lead to an addiction. The
guys also take on New Age, and claims to found proof of
its non-existence as well as attacking the belief that dolphins
are superior in evolution. Other episodes of season six
includes taking a look at sensitivity training; discussing
the difference between human nature and world peace, and
only free trade and economic interdependence can lead to
true peace, and that looking back on the "Good 'Ol Days"
are nothing but fantasy, not reality: a complete waste of
time.
