Review:

'Twilight' is being released in sets of 1, 2 or 3 discs. The single disc edition is the theatrical version of the movie. The 2 disc Special Edition has the theatrical version of the movie on disc 1 and disc 2 holds all the special features. The 3 disc edition is being sold exclusively at Target stores nationwide. It includes the 2 disc Special Edition along with a third Blu-Ray disc.***

The 'Twilight Saga' has become a major part of many young girls lives. The books are seen in every teenage girls collection, on the clothing of many, and in the hearts of millions all over the world. Your average love story with a twist; VAMPIRES!***

The story follows 17 year-old Bella Swan who exiles herself from her hometown of sunny Phoenix, AZ to rainy Forks, WA so her mom can live with her new husband in Florida. Upon arriving at Forks High School, Bella meets the Cullens; Emmett, Rosalie, Alice, Jasper and Edward. Immediately Bella realizes there's something different about them.***

After a run in with a gang in nearby Port Angeles, WA, Edward comes to the rescue and Bella finally sees him for what he truly his, a vampire. A vampire who drinks animal blood as a substitute for human blood to live a normal life in the real world. A human and a vampire who fall in love to live happily ever after? Or so they thought. James, Victoria and Laurent, three American-Nomad vampires who prey on human blood. And they want Bella! ***

This DVD has a lot of special features from deleted and extended scenes to a documentary about bringing the book to life. Director Catherine Hardwicke, (Thirteen, The Nativity Story and Lords Of Dogtown) does a full length commentary along with stars Kristen Stewart (Bella Swan) and Robert Pattinson. (Edward Cullen) ***

Music videos are also included with the special edition. 'Decode' by Paramore, 'Supermassive Black Hole' by Muse and 'Leave Out All The Rest' by Linkin Park. All the songs are played throughout the movie, as well have helped to inspire Twilight author Stephenie Meyer.***
